The shape customization needs the customer to supply their own design, we produce the thermoforming mold and produce the final kayak for the customer.

For Blow Molded KAYAK
The material is High-Density Polyethylene with high tenacity and strength.
Our blow molding machine can make the kayak with pure and double colors ( Different colors for the deck and hull).
Because of the volume of kayak, we would suggest you ship a full container for each shipment, we can be shipped to your forwarder or supplier to consolidate with your other goods shipped from China if you need a small quantity.
BM-P001/D001 kayak: There are two packing ways, the first way is every 6pcs kayak stands upright on a blow molded pallet. The second way is all kayaks are well packed in two-layer bags. Rear and Top with paperboard protector.
