FAQ: How Are Rigid Paddle Boards Packed

Q1: What packing methods are available for rigid paddle boards?

We offer two main packing methods:

  1. Bubble wrap – boards are wrapped individually with large air-filled bubbles.
  2. Cardboard box – each board is packed in a carton box.

Q2: Which packing method is more space-efficient?
The large bubble wrap method is very space-saving. It allows more boards to fit in a container compared to cardboard boxes.

Q3: Can I use bubble wrap packing for shipments to tropical regions?
No. Bubble wrap packing is not recommended for tropical areas because it does not allow proper heat dissipation. The trapped heat may damage the deck pad.

Q4: How many rigid paddle boards can be loaded in one container using cardboard box packing?
With cardboard box packing, one 40HQ container can load 108 ki 117 units, depending on board dimensions and box design.

Q5: Which packing method do you recommend for hot climates?
We strongly recommend cardboard box packing for tropical or hot climate destinations to ensure proper ventilation and heat protection.
