The large bubble wrap method is very space-saving. It allows more boards to fit in a container compared to cardboard boxes.
Q3: Can I use bubble wrap packing for shipments to tropical regions?
No. Bubble wrap packing is not recommended for tropical areas because it does not allow proper heat dissipation. The trapped heat may damage the deck pad.

With cardboard box packing, one 40HQ container can load 108 hogy 117 units, depending on board dimensions and box design.
Q5: Which packing method do you recommend for hot climates?
